Sam brings a unique blend of financial expertise and operational insight to DynamiPrix. With a background in finance and biomedical science, Sam has spent the last decade understanding how small service businesses operate — not from a spreadsheet, but from the ground up.

Most recently working as a financial analyst, Sam developed a deep understanding of revenue optimization and data-driven decision-making. But it was his 10 years with the RNLI as a beach lifeguard — and a season with the Australian Lifeguard Service — that revealed the real challenge: service businesses know their customers, they know their capacity, but they don't have the tools to intelligently match supply with demand.

That operational experience combined with financial rigor is what powers DynamiPrix. Sam founded the company to solve a problem he witnessed firsthand: small businesses leaving money on the table during off-peak hours, unable to fill quiet slots despite having willing customers. The solution wasn't complex — it was intelligent pricing.
